First Apartment!

I applied with a co-signer and the leasing agent who showed me the property and helped with my application was exceptionally helpful and willing to work with me. The management was also very helpful when I moved in and the building is very secure. The location is amazing--right downtown--and close to Streetcar and Max stops. Parking is also available through a third party and very easy to navigate. I love living here!

Awesome, but pricey

Wonderful location and quality, but very expensive to own a car. Having to buy WiFi was an unexpected expense.

Good

Overall, the complex and its facilities are very nice. Maintenance staff is friendly and attentive. Office staff is not as knowledgeable as I would expect for the amount of rent paid. Property manager always takes weeks to respond to issues, which is inconvenient.

Downtown Living

Good options for food. Rush hour time gets hectic so plan accordingly. Surprisingly quiet for being located next to PSU. A few blocks from the waterfront.
