Millennium Park Plaza Review
Love MPP! Not the nicest building but definitely the best to live in.

Social Scene is Unbeatable
The amenities might be a tad lacking but the strong social scene (Booth students) more than makes up for it!

Fair Price, Few Frills
It is a good budget options right in the Loop by the train, but very few frills. A good part that many other Booth students live here so many study groups are right upstairs in the group study area.

Good enough
Gets the job done and is close to the train, which is convenient.

Great for the price
MPP is the most affordable and comfortable option for Booth students, especially international students.

Good location
Really like our apartment, super good location. Some amenities are a little run down (e.g. heating) but its not a major issue, good value for the money

Great for 2 years
The primary feature of this place is the other Boothies that live here. The location is great, and when balancing that with the rent, can't be beat. Steps from Metra (to get to Booth's Harper Center) and CTA (airport, around Chicago). It's several hundred dollars a month more to live across the street.
Negatives:
-Older building
-Dated units
-Small fridge in studio (not terrible, just not great)
-Elevators constantly broken
-
Studio / 1 bath
For Booth, no-brainer. Horrible management though.
Good location. Bad management. Perfect for Boothies. It's a no-brainer.

Its
I am very happy with MPP. I think the quality of the apartment is pretty good, particularly for the money and location. I have had no issues so far while living here. Elevator issues have been on the north, not south side of the building. I fond the 3 br has plenty of space, and the amenities are good. Other apartments are certainly nicer, but I think MPP more than meets my needs, and I would not pay more for the added benefits of the other buildings on my current budget. I also really like living in the heart of the community, where I can easily go meet with my friends.

The Loop Reviews
Very close to the lake and navy pier
Great park surrounded by all the buildings.
There’s good supermarket that has everything. A couple restaurants and coffee shops are also there.
That being said, if you're anywhere near State St. or the Mag mile, there's pretty much people around at any given hour. It's fun to live downtown because the streets are bustling with interesting people, sometimes there's live music on street corners and there are a lot of restaurants and shops.
