Most inexpensive place in the Loop
MPP is the ultimate place for a Booth student to live on a budget. It's near all the action and the place is actually nicer than its reputation suggests.

MPP Review - 8/10
MPP rooms are terrific. If you’re coming from a bigger city and get a roommate it will be more space than you likely had previously. Many students study on turn Service floor. No In-Unit Washer Dryer is the only drawback.

Good Value
Lots of living space. Apartment on the 12th floor facing Michigan avenue, so a little loud - I've gotten used to sleeping with earplugs. Personally, management has been very responsive to my needs and concerns. Was cheapest apartment building for the space in the area (which is very expensive), so works well for me. Nice having most of my school friends in one building.

MPP
The biggest advantage of living here is that most of the class are in the same building. It is easy to meet with group project or to just hang out with your friends. The apartments are big, but a little older if you compare with other buildings in the Loop.

Exactly as expected
You get exactly what you expect and nothing more. I've found it to be perfect for b school so far.

The Loop Reviews
Very close to the lake and navy pier
Great park surrounded by all the buildings.
There’s good supermarket that has everything. A couple restaurants and coffee shops are also there.
That being said, if you're anywhere near State St. or the Mag mile, there's pretty much people around at any given hour. It's fun to live downtown because the streets are bustling with interesting people, sometimes there's live music on street corners and there are a lot of restaurants and shops.
