Old apartment building but great location, great gym, close to monuments. Easy to get to Rosslyn Metro, just a 2-3 block walk. Quick walk across the Key Bridge to get to Georgetown M Street area which is great in the summertime when parking is limited.

Quiet, good location, but older building
The gated complex is a few blocks away from the metro. The complex hosts a salon, dry cleaner, and small grocery. There is an Olympic and lagoon style pool with two hot tubs. The gym is spacious but shared with all buildings. As condo's the individual units vary greatly. All in all not a bad place to live. For the price it is a good deal.

Rosslyn Reviews
However, this has been a business district for ages. There is very little going on around here and many of the restaurants don’t even open on the weekends. But, that’s changing. So stay tuned!
(Also, I like living in Virginia because my vote counts for more here!)
If you have long legs, renting a bike is an option. If you are like me and 5'1'', renting a bike is an option for downhill rides.
There is a lot within walking distance in Rosslyn (think 20 min average from my apt): Barnes and Noble, shopping, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's (also on the Arlington loop shuttle from GU), public libraries, CVS, Target, Safeway, lots of restaurants.
Also close to dense populations of immigrant communities if you like Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean food.
Cons: Neighborhood shuts down after 5pm. Few restaurants in the neighborhood itself (this is getting better though). Concrete canyon effect because of the skyscrapers. Closest grocery store is an expensive Safeway.
