Great View, Nice Building
I live on a high floor, so I have a great view of the downtown area and the water (not quite the inner harbor). The apartment is open/spacious, and the windows are big (waist-to-ceiling). The only drawbacks are the layout of the unit - there is no bedroom door, and the rooms aren't divided as well as the could be. It's still worth it, and the building is great too - someone's at the front door 24/7, and you need your key fob to get access to the building. You can pick up packages anytime, and they notify you when they arrive.

Great place
Very nice apartment especially the lobby and the gym area. It is located at a convenient location with many restaurants and grocery store near by. The rooms are a little worn out compare to lobby and amenities but overall it's a good place to live in.

Great Value for a Great Location
Every year we look for a new apartment at other locations, other buildings. Every year we give up our search with the realization that we are receiving a lot of bang for our bucks. I find other complexes charge you thousands of dollars for little space and few amenities. Charles Towers give you the space you need, in a great location, and many amenities. It's the reason why we haven't moved in nearly a decade.

Very convenient, no problems
This building is very convenient, especially for someone with no car - there is a shuttle run by the management to go to Johns Hopkins Hospital, and it's near the Hopkins shuttle stop, subway and buses. There's also a supermarket right downstairs!

Great location and value, but not luxury by any means
It's not an opulent apartment complex, but it's not a grungy dorm building either. Utilities are included, which makes this apartment a great value (parking, though, is rather steep... keep in mind it's downtown!). Amenities are OK but again not luxe.

Good building, I wish it was cheaper
Charles Towers has great management who really try to meet to meet the needs of their residents. The building is very safe, a little run down, but they work hard to keep it up. I love that I don't have to pay for any utilities or gas and electric, but my rent price is still a little high.

Great space
Living on the 26th floor, I have a view of Charles St and it is beautiful. Large windows span across both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom is small but does have a tub. If you are willing to pay more a month, your apartment will have an updated kitchen.

Charles Towers Review
Its not the best. Its not the worst. I don't like living in Mt. Vernon, but if you do like the area this is a good place. I picked it because I can walk to work and don't have a car but it isn't the most fun area and I would rather live by the water.

Quiet and nice
The apartment has very good amenities and spacious lobby area. Electricity is included in the rent which makes good during summer and winter time when either AC or heater is needed. Never had any bug problems and when there were any problems in the apartment, management responded very spontaneously.
