It’s fine
It’s been fine but definitely harder to deal with emergencies since being bought out by a big property management company. Instead of having an on-site contact I have to call someone on the other side of the state if I need something and hope they can find someone around me to handle it. For example it took them over an hour to respond to a lockout in the middle of winter.
