Close to metro and bus
Close to the metro and bus stop and to stores like Giant, 7-Eleven, CVS, restaurants and a bank. Nice for people who don't drive. Rent includes utilities and apartments are spacious and have nice views. There is a gym on the first floor and even a convenience store, which is open even on holidays. That's really nice especially in DC winter weather when you don't want to leave the house!
