Great place to rent in a budget
Only rent this place if you're on a budget or as a hail mary.
The best thing about the place is it's views.
Metro is around a mile from the building. Bus transport to nearby metro(s) is frequent during rush-hour but busses get scarce at night.

Congressional Apartment review
I love locality, everything nearby like metro,shopping area,bus stop. Community is good feel safe.And all amenities like water , gas and electricity included in rent so its good. gym and swimming pool is good and have party area also. Cleanliness of every building is very good .

Sucks
Way too much money. The office staff is poor and do not respond in a timely manner. I suggest you go elsewhere. Anything else is better than this place. The gym is great as it's 24/7, but don't like the fact that you have to pay for parking. The elevator in the garage never works.

Good Apartment Value
Great apartment with all amenities covered. Nice for single person or for family. Relatively safe area and great access to any store/restaurant you could imagine. All apartments are newly renovated and spacious with brand new appliances. Management is friendly and easy to deal with.
