Accessible to Metro

Located right next to the White Flint Metro Station, this condo building has a good location when looking for metro accessibility. It is very well maintained. The gym is a decent size, has all the main necessities. I only wish there were more food/drink establishments located within walking distance.

Ravenous Reviews from Friends

"Wow! This looks like a fancy hotel! I can't believe you live here," says basically every person who has ever visited me in my apartment. The grand floor of the building is stunning. A huge parlor with a piano, chandelier, and roaring fireplace greets all who enter. There are often complimentary wine socials in this space. Walking down the hall, you get a view of the well-manicured courtyard and the pool. You also see the fully equipped gym, billiards room, library, and often empty business room. My apartment itself is phenomenal. The windows in the unit are massive and plentiful. Our balcony allows us a terrific view. Highly recommended!

Getting around North Bethesda

North Bethesda Reviews

8 reviews
Extremely convenient neighborhood if you work on the red line! It's a stone's throw away from Montgomery Mall and all of the restaurants and shopping available in Bethesda. Very low crime, and there is generally a police car parked in the area for peace of mind.
The North Bethesda area is nice. Pike and Rose, which already has some good places to eat, is growing and will hopefully add more restaurants. Within the area, there's a whole foods and Trader Joe's.
Not very many younger people live here. However, it’s between Rockville and Bethesda, so in either direction you can find nightlife or other activities if you want. The area is relatively quiet. As a single woman, I feel very safe and secure in this area.
The walkability is great here. We think that there is stuff to do from shopping to dining. There are stores and shops that are close to each other, so you can always make it a good night! We don't really think that the White Flint Metro is the safest place, so that kind of turns us off about the area. There are other parts of Bethesda that are way nicer.
Pike and Rose is the best! We are walking distance from white flint metro, surrounded by bars, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping... everything you could possibly want. All the convenience of DC but without the exorbitant price tag and congested traffic.
It is a family friendly neighborhood. Everyone is super nice and it is not nosy
this area has experienced significant development in the past couple of years. Plenty more restaurants and shopping areas than in the past! There is little nightlife, but it is becoming a much more exciting area than it used to be.
Pros:
-Close to 495, 270, and many grocery stores
-Close to Rock Creek Park
-Never felt unsafe walking around

Cons:
-Metro is close so there is some noise
-People are inconsiderate of their dog poop
