Great deal close to Pike and Rose
I feel the Forum is a little bit of a secret. Its tucked away and was one of the first condos built in the area. Yet it is accessible to 355, 270, the metro and more. It is within walking distances to offices, shops and restaurants and the community and neighborhood feels safe and secure. Its a mix of urban and suburb all rolled in one. With plenty of choices for food and shops within a minutes drive it really is about location. We love the one bedroom because of the large windows and the 1.5 bath so that our guests have their own bathroom. The space is well designed, the kitchen is a good size too. Some of the drawbacks is no dedicated moving elevator, but if you snag a spot in the garage (sometimes at a good price) its easy to move things. Move in is only on weekdays for the most part. The party room is modest in size with decent rental rate. The heater/AC system, although adjustable and comfortable is either hot for the winter or cold for the summer, so for about 2 weeks its too hot or too cold during the transition. The south side is much better as the morning sun hits it, but in the summer it can warm up quite fast. Oh.. and it is a pet friendly apartment, we do't have any, but for those looking, its one of the view in this area. It has a pool and small gym, although we don't use either. Overall.... a great little gem if you can find an owner that is subleasing/renting.
