Peaceful, clean, and great are to live in!
Although a small 1 bedroom apartment it is located in a great area across the street from the Universities at Shady Grove and surrounded by lots of open space and trees. My commute is short and everything I need is a short drive away. The apartment itself is good, and comfortable, although they need to upgrade somethings soon. The most I like about this place is the amenities, and the area it is located in.

Not luxury - an affordable option
This apartments is great if you are a student attend the local remote campus, or if you are new to the area and want to be close to the interstates or the city. I like that it is close to shopping centers and hospitals, but it is also too family friendly. Kids walk between cars and appear out of no where. The building quality and finishing have gone down in quality. do not expect this to be luxury, consider it a temporary , affordable option.

Overall good experience spacious and clean and good proximity to city and metro. Close to restaraunts and bats and the beltway. Our apartment has high ceilings and lots of light for a great price. Pet friendly community as well. Good gym and pool facilities

Quiet, Private community
Community is quiet and very private, near the Darnestown Rd. area of Rockville/Gaithersburg. Don't have to deal with road noise. Have some nice trees around. The balcony is wonderful. Gym is under reno but management was kind enough to provide temporary membership to a local gym. Overall, satisfying.
