Great Place
It's in a great location. Street parking is not terrible. Only thing I dislike is that not all the apartments have an in unit washer and dryer.

Decent and responsive management
Everything was as described. Dryer has issues with completely drying clothes, but other than that, all appliances work effectively without issue.

2311 Spruce Apartments
Okay Building - good value and solid location, but nothing special. I've had some problems with heating over the winter that have been frustrating. Definitely better options out there, but can't beat the price.

Fitler Square Reviews
That being said I did notice that most students lived on the side of the school!
There are residents without housing in the neighborhood. They're good people and new residents should be respectful of them and their belongings.
