Love this place
It's a great location to live in, by lots of restaurants and close to metro. Love it all except the leasing office, which was kind of rude when I was looking into renting in the building. I do love the neighbors and the front desk staff, though. Overall a great place.

Luxury Building - Great location!
1301 Thomas Circle is a great building to live in. It is a little bit unaffordable for a young professional to live alone, but there are many options where you can turn a den into a bedroom (what my roommate and I did). Lovely amenities and great location! Very social as well.

A great building in a great neighborhood
1301 Thomas Circle has been a very positive living situation. The building is in a good neighborhood, close to metro stops and new restaurants and bars. The staff have always been very helpful and prompt when we have had any issues, which have been few. The building is very pet-friendly, so there are always lots of dogs around!

Get a two bedroom converted into a three bedroom with a fake wall! Way more economical that way. Great location - 8 minute walk to Mcpherson Square metro, 15 minute walk to U street, easy bike ride everywhere else in the city. Not too many fast casual type places around us - if you're looking for those, check out DuPont near Farragut West.

1301 Thomas Circle
I've lived in this building for almost 2 years and I love it! I rent a 2 bedroom and we put up a flex wall to create a 3rd bedroom. This made our rent significantly cheaper and still lets us live in an awesome luxury building with great amenities. There is a 24/7 concierge, rooftop pool with lounge seating and grills, a courtyard and a free gym. The location is perfect for me--close to transit for an easier commute out to McLean, but also very close to the U St/14th St bars and restaurants. Management is great about repairs and has generally been helpful with no issues.

I love living here!
While it may be a bit overpriced, you really do get what you pay for - amenities, cleanliness, location, security, and up to date apartments. I love living at 1301 Thomas Circle. My roommate and I are renewing our lease for another year because the apartment building cannot be beat!

Perfect for young professionals
I love my apartment. Great gym, free Starbucks coffee, nice rooftop with grills and pool, great location. Whole foods, Safeway, and Trader Joes less than a mile away and walking distance from the bars in Dupont and U Street. Also, UDR is really reasonable with repairs/requests. Definitely recommend!

Great apartment in a great neighborhood
I love where I live. Thomas Circle Apartments are close to everything--walk to Dupont, Downtown, U Street, it's less than $10 to cab to the Kennedy Center, and close to Orange, Blue, Silver, Green, Yellow, Red metro stations. Plus it's right off the wonderful 14th corridor. The apartment is spacious, we don't have any noise issues, the management is responsive and has never taken over 24hrs to fix anything in the 2+ years I've lived here. Grilling on the rooftop is something I do all summer, and the pool is small but nice to have. The inner court yard on the first level is a great place to read or chat, plus the pool tables and shuffle board in the lounge are nice to have in the building.

Great Place for Young Professional
The building is a little expensive, but not overly so. What you get in return is a great location in central DC (13th and M), a well-appointed building, professionalism from management. The community is largely made up of young people and offers a lot of social opportunity.
