Reasonable rent, pest and temperature issues

The building has mice, gets too hot in the summer and the winter. Even totally shutting down the radiators is not always enough. I often need to turn the AC on cold when it is like 30 outside.

A little expensive for the area, but the building itself is pretty decent

The management company leaves a little to be desired, and you really have to fight them to get things done. The neighbours are relatively good, but the sound of the trolley is a real nuisance. Heating is one of the building's strong points, but the hot water is really hit-and-miss. In sum, a building of many good things and many not so good things.
