Great Spot
The apartment is overall lovely, it gets you what you need and is located in central Hollywood so a lot of food an nightlife around. The drive to and from Marshall can be a bit far and long depending on the time of day.

Pretty Good Value (For LA)
The location is pretty hard to beat; although it is a little farther away from UCLA, there is a bus stop that runs directly to in front of the law school. There's also a metro (subway) stop just a couple blocks away. The area is full of great restaurants and coffeeshops. There's also a trader joe's across the street.
The workout area/gym is also quite nice; it comes equipped with peleton bikes, some weight machines, and even a punching bag. There's also a sauna in there as well. There is also a pool, which I believe has a hot tub area.
Management is generally quite responsive; I've only had one maintenance issue so far and they fixed it the day after I sent the request. I also like that there's a package receiving front desk. The only issue I have is that my neighbors are sometimes noisy, but it's definitely not a regular occurrence and you can call the front desk to tell people to quiet down.
