Excellent neighborhood
Safe,cozy, good for family and couple.
Commute is not terrible, it takes about 30 minutes.
I don’t recommend that single choose to live there because it is far away from campus.

Playa Vista is an ideal neighborhood for families, offering a perfect blend of safety, comfort, and top-notch infrastructure. While it comes with a higher price tag, the investment is wholly justified by its secure environment, beautifully maintained walking areas, and unparalleled community amenities. Great elementary schools: Playa Vista Elementary and Goethe International Charter School.
Very safe and clean. We can walk around even at night without any concern. There is no garbage on the street in this area.
Small neighborhood near LAX airport.
