Playa Vista

30 min commute to campus in morning with traffic. 40 min commute home in the evening without traffic. No traffic is 15 min commute. Good walkability to grocery stores, restaurants, movie theater, and parks (including dog parks). Fun area for students who want these amenities but do not want to live in Westwood, lots of young professionals.

Playa Vista

About a 30 min drive from campus in the mornings and a 45-50 min drive home in the evenings. Good area if you want to be close to the beach and tech.
