Overall pretty good value
The property is cheaper than what most of my classmates pay and includes all utilities. There is also a gym in the first floor. Parking can be a little steep at $75/month but the location is great as the HealthLine bus picks up and drops off right outside the property. The bus ride is only 15 mins and generally very reliable and frequent.

Great building especially for one person. Has enough space. Only downside is that kitchen is very tiny. Other than that, neat and clean place. Located right in front of the RTA bus station and is on Euclid so takes 10mins to get to school.
