Good Spot
The apartment complex is a little bit dated (they describe this as vintage charm). This means you won't get the really sleek new look and amenities of some other high rises. That being said the place is extremely clean and well managed. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are serviced usually the day they're submitted. It's a bit cheaper than some of the other places in the area, but like I said, you tend to get a little less for your money. My one biggest complaint is there are frequent altercations in the alley on the north side. I am on a lower floor though, so I get the worst of the noise.

Tiny, but decent for highly coveted area
Rent has increased since living here, as to be expected for such a hip and convenient location. Easy access to the Red Line and buses, perfect for those who work or study downtown. Office and maintenance staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating.
