north side
I need more sunlight. I cannot grow plants in the balcony. Also there is good soundproof. Happy management and they seem to care about the residents in the building. Location-wise its okay if your office is near, but if you want to go to any park or the lake, its so far way.

River North Reviews
It's a sort of business district, so you're in the middle of all the skyscrapers, but they're all beautiful and nothing seems to block out the light. The riverwalk is gorgeous, and is especially fun to walk along on summer nights. It feels safe and secure.
There are so many places to go out to eat, we're spoilt for choice. That said, the cost of living downtown is pretty high. As much as with any big city like Chicago, e.g. New York.
