Great location
630 N Franklin is a great location. Just steps from amazing restaurants and nightlife. Located near the Brown Line it makes for an easy commute into the Loop. The property is kept clean and the building for the most part is pretty quite. Overall a great place to live.

River North Reviews
It's a sort of business district, so you're in the middle of all the skyscrapers, but they're all beautiful and nothing seems to block out the light. The riverwalk is gorgeous, and is especially fun to walk along on summer nights. It feels safe and secure.
There are so many places to go out to eat, we're spoilt for choice. That said, the cost of living downtown is pretty high. As much as with any big city like Chicago, e.g. New York.
