MILA One Bedroom
If you're willing to spend a little more than some older buildings, this building is quite nice. It's pretty new and I've almost never had any issues with heating, appliances, etc. The employees here are very friendly and helpful. I frequently use the gym in the building, which saves me money on a separate gym membership. The building is dog-friendly so you should expect to regularly see dogs here.

Best place to live
No carpet!! woohoo!! It is close to everything and many boothies live here or in the buildings crossing the street. Lots of space, laundry in the apartment, nice gym, good amenities... Mila is the best.

Experience living at Mila
I love living at Mila! My studio has all the space I need, the amenities are great, elevators reliable, and there are a good amount of Booth people but I don't feel overwhelmed.

Great apartment
MILA es a great option if you want to live in a new building with in-house washing dryer machine, close to the METRA. Gym is pretty good as well. A couple of downsides: no study rooms, only open space and no indoor pool or sauna (which other comparable buildings do have).

Really Enjoy the Building
My wife and I really like it at Mila. It has been nice for her as a young professional having some amenities like in unit laundry. The staff is very responsive and the building is pretty well kept. That said, it is definitely one of the more expensive options in the area. In addition to rent there is a monthly utility fee (for the 2 bed it is $165 a month) and then on top of that there is electric (which has been ~$80-90 in the summer and now is around $40 in the winter). All in all a great apartment building for the loop. There are wrap around floor to ceiling windows everywhere which is really great; however, it is hard to get that "cozy" feeling in the winter.

Great amenities and best front desk staff
Great location for Boothies... 10-15 minute walk to Lake, anywhere in River North/Gold Coast, 30 minute walk to West Loop/Old Town. Every CTA passes within 4 blocks. Amazing front desk staff that care for every need. Dog run. Good social spaces. Solid rooftop pool.

Mila is great.
With many students choosing to live at Mila, and just across the street from MPP and the Metra station, it is a great option for both international and domestic students.

The Loop Reviews
Very close to the lake and navy pier
Great park surrounded by all the buildings.
There’s good supermarket that has everything. A couple restaurants and coffee shops are also there.
That being said, if you're anywhere near State St. or the Mag mile, there's pretty much people around at any given hour. It's fun to live downtown because the streets are bustling with interesting people, sometimes there's live music on street corners and there are a lot of restaurants and shops.
