Great Location!

This place is in a great location (near the zoo and metro) and provides a large space for a studio apartment. I feel as though I am in a completely safe area when I walk home at night. I would have liked electric included, but all the other amenities are decent. The gym is in a different building and I wish the laundry money machine (to put money on your laundry care) was in each of the buildings. It is pretty inconvenient to have to walk two buildings over just to load money. I wish people weren't so loud in the building and the walls weren't so paper thin. I can hear entire conversations that my neighbors are having. I'm sure they have heard mine too. The building is very clean and I haven't had any problems with management. They are quick to fix any problems too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the DC area.

Quiet, comfortable, and safe

Great location - not too loud at night, but close to public transportation and restaurants, etc. Think that there is the perfect amount of space for me and my roommate. However, I think the rent should be less given the amount of space. Other than that everything is great!

Decent, with great location

Overall, I like the apartment itself. Not a fan of electric not being included (the stove and ac/heater are electric, so the bill can be expensive). But the area is nice and it is right between 2 great neighborhoods and there are multiple transportation options (eg, bus and metro). It's a short walk to Cleveland Park, Woodley Park, and AdMo and you can walk from Dupont.

Enjoyed it So Far

I have lived in the Connecticut Plaza apartments for 3 months now, and have enjoyed my time there so far. Management is decent, though not great. Apartments are newly refurbished, and the neighborhood is very safe and nice. Not sure of the value of the apartment.
