Good apartment
The apartment is overall great with new appliances. The only downsides are that there is no laundry in the units and that there is also very low security - we had asked that a camera be put in for the front so that packages being delivered etc. would be safer but management said no.

Nice property, okay manager
We love out apt, nice new, clean. Great location, super close to Mariano's, the Metra and our gym. Parking on the street is easy and the neighborhood is quiet and nice, but still close to everything.
Appliances are all new so not many problems overall. A few things have broken and the manager is mostly on top of it, but sometimes they give us attitude or we need to ask for things to be fixed twice.

Great apartment
Great apartment with brand new renovations and quiet neighborhokd close to metra and el. We can walk to great restaurants and the neighborhood is very safe. It also is close to the gym and a great Mariano's so we can walk to anything we need or be downtown very quickly.
