Terrible Management and Maintenance
Building is very poorly maintained despite just being recently renovated. The building has a huge rodent and cockroach issue and maintenance is very slow to respond to issues. Elevators break constantly and repairs take forever throughout the entire building.
Management is also quite difficult to deal with regarding anything rent, renewal, or security deposit related. They will tend to ignore you unless you show up literally at their offices.

Gramercy Park Reviews
Safe area (next door to the Police Academy)
Pretty quiet neighborhood (3rd ave is not too noisy)
Close to actual Gramercy Park
1mi from campus
Many restaurants/bars close by, but not noisy on a Fri/Sat night
CONS
No do-it-yourself laundry nearby (wash and fold options close)
No actual access to Gramercy Park
Closest "large" grocery stores at Union Square (Trader Joes, Whole Foods)-not a problem per se, but expect them to be very crowded most of the time
