Quiet block, killer apartment upgrades

If you're looking to get out of a cave, this place is it. The sunlight on the street side has worked wonders on my mental well being. Apartment is cozy with a brick wall, faux fireplace, and W/D (yeah, were in NYC can you get that?) Management is great.
