Big building in LIC

Great place and neighborhood. There’s a park close to it, ferry one block away and two subway lines 6 blocks away. It is 40min away from NYU, though.

The management is good, has helped us with several issues without additional costs or headaches.

The building has a gym, four barbecue places (reservation may be a challenge), two tennis courts and one volleyball court

Interesting neighborhood - lots of new construction and new bars and restaurants spring up all the time. Could use more food shopping options and a drug store though.

Transport links are second to none, you can be in Midtown in less than 10 minutes and it's easy to get to just about every part of Manhattan.
The building is in an excellent area. Right on the water, easy walk to multiple bars and restaurants. It is also a five minute walk to the 7 subway line.
Very safe and clean, many luxury buildings with young professionals and young families. Great views of Manhattan. Very residential - not many fast casual spots or stores, but there are good restaurants.
Quiet and calm place: meaning peaceful days, but just a few restaurants and placed to go nearby.
It's close to everything! There is always something to do.
Awesome restaurants, parks, views, commute.
