Landmark Review
The best advantage to living at Landmark are 1) great location to Ross 2) modern amenities
The downside to living in the high rise is that it's filled with undergraduates. That means there's excessive noise at night, dirty elevators on weekday nights. The walls within the apartment are extremely thin, so you can basically hear your roommates as well as the noise outside. The rooms are ridiculously tiny, however the living room space is nice.

Great location, small rooms
I had three objectives: 5 min walk to Ross, new building/furnished and reasonable price, all of which is offered by Landmark. I can see the school from my balcony, pay under $1,100 for new construction / remodeled place. However, certain cons come with that: rooms are tiny (but livable), awful acoustics - you can hear everyone in your apartment if they are not sitting in their room. But it is fully furnished and has great amenities (free printing, study rooms, gym) and we got a good deal - no fees or security deposit.
