The Downtown Experience

Close to everything including public tram, Union Station, law firms, and grocery stores like Safeway, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Zupans. I chose this unit because of convenience. Traffic is never bad because of reverse traffic. The Pearl District is fun for a date night. When the going got real tough and busy, restaurants were right next to the building to order out. Management is extremely responsive. The building is a bit on the older side, so some of the units are remodeled or going through a remodel. Make sure to get one that is remodeled. Prices fluctuate every month based on supply and demand so checking at different times of the year can help lock down the best price. No utilities are included. However, it comes out to 50 dollars on average for everything (not including Comcast).
