Management is hard to get ahold of after you move in, but otherwise great. Further from campus than Mud Island or downtown, about 12 min drive

Overall, it’s been a good experience with a good location. They provide everything I need.

I've been in my apartment for 3 years now, management has changed twice since I've been there. I like the location, floor plan, gym, pool, and businesses that are located either at my apartment or within walking distance.

Modernized complex with pool, dog area (small) and a gym. Appliances are updated and maintenance is very reliable here. The only caveat is the management here, very unprofessional and uncommunicative. Parking garage gates break constantly and are a huge inconvenience when coming in and leaving.

Highland row has great amenities and facilities. The old management was really the main problem, and the new manager is greatly improving the community. The only problem is Memphis crime, which is unavoidable at any apartment complex within 30 minutes of campus. The new management is doing a great job with upgraded security personnel and equipment to solve this problem as well. Would very much recommend living here.

Highland Row is a great spot to live with gated parking, secure package room, and beautiful pool & full gym. Plus, the greenline is 1 mile down the road and goes for 7 miles to Shelby Farms for more paths! Kroger is 0.5 miles away and 15 mins from Germantown and 15 mins from school.

The only negative to location is that most students live on Mud Island, but that hasn’t prevented any social constraints luckily, you will just have to drive further to most classmates’ houses!

Also, there is some road noise at night, but that seems rather typical in Memphis. No complaints about neighbors or any other noise!

Despite $2000/month, the leasing office does not take care of mold that can be harmful to my pets and my health. Also, maintenance enters property unnoticed and even justifies their visits by saying "it's on the lease" with no sign of humility/humanity. Also watch out for homeless people who might bother you constantly for money, even after you give them money.

I'm entering my second year at these apartments and they are okay for my needs.

I have lived here for 3 years, and I love it! It is right in the middle of downtown and east Memphis, so I never find the transit time to school or clinical sites too long of a drive. They have many amenities such as a great gym, parcels, pool, grills, fire pit, and an all-in-one coffee machine. Management and maintenance are very responsive. Security guards/patrol are on duty 24/7, so I feel safe here as well.
