Great apartment in Lawrenceville
I love living at Arsenal because of the neighborhood, the community, and the amenities. There are very few undergrads, it is mostly grad students and working professionals. There are great amenities like two pools, two gyms, lounges, game rooms, etc. Everyone is friendly and there always fun events being hosted.

Expensive but an amazing apartment and location.
This is a well-managed property with great amenities including a gym and pool (and I personally love their coffee machine; it makes great cappuccinos, lattes, etc.). It's a very friendly community with lots of community events. Highly recommend this building if you like a social area that's a bit off campus. There are quite a few students but mostly working professionals. Really spacious and modern, and it's also very safe!!

Amazing experience!
I’ve lived in Arsenal 201 for 2 years now, and renewed my lease for 2 more. It’s an awesome place to live. Lawrenceville is the best neighborhood in the city, the commute to school isn’t bad at all, and there’s always something to do. Arsenal is full of young professionals, so it’s a fun and active place to live, but never noisy when its time to study or relax.
