Ridge Review

The location is great because its very close to Emory and I like how utilities are included in the rent. Parking deck is also close by but wish the deck connected to the apartment building. Even though the property is new, we have had to make numerous service requests for like water damage, changing the light bulb, fixing the tap etc.

Location is Key

The only reason the cost of rent is doable is because of the location. Otherwise the management is awful and takes weeks to return a call or fix a problem. The insides of the apartments are very outdated, the laundry room is a dungeon and my hvac system is about to combust.
Other than all of that the apartment is an absolute dream.
