Insignia
We have really enjoyed living at Insignia for the last 1.5 months. The location is within walking distance to work for both of us along with being close to many restaurants and attractions. The building itself has great amenities such as a stunning rooftop, first class gym, and a theater room. The unit is brand new and we're the first residents so that is an an added bonus.

Brand new with lots of natural light
Insignia By Bosa is brand new and nearly complete. The first tower has an amazing gym (including a Yoga and Pilates Studio). The second tower will be completed in Summer 2016 and will have a nice pool! The roof top has a spectacular view of Seattle including the city, Puget Sound, and Lake Union.

Great modern condo
This is a modern condo building in Belltown. Only one of the twin towers are complete now and there are some construction work going on the other side. After completion of the other side, this condo will feature more amenities like full size swimming pool on top of the already great amenities. I generally feel that this condo is built upon quality materials inside/outside the suite. All these luxury comes at a cost though. In my opinion, the market price is still reasonable both for rent/buy and it is more likely to go up in the near future.
