Great location
Liberty view is in a great location and not too expensive. The building is older but overall in good shape.

Liberty View apartments
nice, safe neighborhood with conveniences including coffee shops, walking access to two grocery stores, and bars and restaurants. A 12-15 minute walk to the Broad Street line at Lombard-South station. Commute to school takes 30 minutes door to door. It's very easy to walk to a lot of neighborhoods from the area, including Rittenhouse and South Philly.
Apartments are old but well-maintained. The property manager is responsive to maintenance requests and the building is cleaned regularly. The building is very pet friendly. Parking in the area can be really difficult if you don't have a parking spot.

Great support and apartment
This apartment has been phenomenal. We have usually been well supported by management, and we feel very secure here. We love the open floor plan on one floor of our apartment.

Love Liberty View!
I've loved living at Liberty View apartments. The location is great - right on the border of Rittenhouse and Grad Hospital neighborhoods. Floor plans are spacious too!

Good value for price
Very spacious and overall good value for price. A little outdated in style but everything is functional and management replaces things as needed.

Positive experience
22 minute walk or 7 minute bus ride to HUP. Maintenance is very responsive. Dog run/courtyard out back. Fairly spacious.

Liberty view (2031 south street)
Convenient location with many restaurants, grocery store nearby and easy commute to work. Building has a common courtyard good if you have a dog. Building management is responsive and easy to contact.

Good Apartment
The apartment is spacious and the management company is always helpful when we have any issues. It is walking distance to anything I want, and close to transit if I do need to go further. I park on the street through the city for $35/year and can always find a spot close to the front door.

Fits our needs perfectly
Great amount of space organized in a very useful way for a reasonable price. The package room is very nice and the building is fairly well mantained. The management company is fairly responsive and reacted to our needs in a timely fashion. Perfect for a couple

Rittenhouse Square Reviews
Spruce Street in particular is great - it's a little south of the square, so is quieter/shielded from a lot of the traffic that the neighborhood gets, but it's not out of the way or far away. There's a Starbucks, a grocery store (Rittenhouse Market), and a few corner stores (Four Seasons and Food & Friends) within a 2-3 minute walk of my apartment.
