Great if you dont need multiple parking spots

Other than the limited parking which they assign you it is a great place to live. Right next to the arboretum which allows for outdoor adventures. We have a prefurnished place but there are the option for both.

Great location.

Great location with access to the Cornell Arboretum, which is a great place to walk dogs, children, etc. on the many different paths, and to visit the horses and donkeys!

Mediocre new construction

The units appear to be furnished nicely with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood patterned vinyl floors, and mini split unit AC/heat. But the kitchen drawers constantly break, the air conditioners were installed extremely poorly and continually malfunction (excessive dripping, turning off randomly, displaying error codes that maintenance doesn’t know how to fix), and the pipes to the AC units and in the utility closet were not properly insulated so they leak. the units were built in 2019, with the constant leaking that has been happening inside and outside the walls, it would be surprising if there weren’t already significant mold deposits. The management company is completely incompetent and doesn’t know how to respond to an email or a phone call in a timely manner, nor do they care about the tenants. Your problems are yours alone, they will do little to nothing to try to fix them without constant supervision and reminders. There are two small dog parks but the fences are not dog park fences (gaps at the bottom) so dogs up to 25 lbs can fit underneath certain spots. This was brought to their attention prior to installation but they didn’t care. The location is great and the units are a good size for the price, you just have to be willing to sacrifice proper management and air conditioning.
