C.S.P Management
This location is close enough to the Commons where you can catch dinner and a movie within 2 minute walking distance while not being in the downtown mix. It is a 2 minute walk from the bus that takes you straight to campus. The floor to ceiling windows and hardwood floors give this loft-style apartment a big city feel within Ithaca. Also, the views are incredible. The amenities are fairly quant. You have to cross the street to the sister building in order to get access to the gym, but I am overall very happy with my decision to live here.

Great apartment but very expensive

I've really loved living in this building. Prior to the 2br I live in with my partner, I lived in a studio+ apartment in the same building. I've had a great experience in both. The apartment complex is behind the Green St. bus stop and very convenient. It is expensive but it is a very pleasant place to live and I have found management to be very responsive and kind. Would absolutely recommend this building to anyone interested!

Convenient luxury with a stellar view
I'll be sad to leave my spacious one-bedroom at the Six Mile Lofts; the space is big and bright and well-appointed, and I enjoy the stunning view of the creek and Cornell on the hill as I work from my desk in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. I do wish there was a gym in the building an microwaves in the units, but those are small complaints for an otherwise fantastic space. The proximity to the Green St. bus stop can't be beat, and they were able to get me a rare 13-month lease to fit my graduate program duration.

Great location and quiet building
The apartment complex is brand new and super quiet. It's located adjacent to the commons and behind the library. Super convenient for getting to campus and around Ithaca.
