The cambridge
Honestly, if it weren't for the price that I got, I would move. The management company is always finding ways to make residents' lives difficult, ranging from always turning the water off for "repairs" to ignoring maintenance requests for long periods of time.

Amazing location, avg DC price, aka expensive
For a studio, its fairly large, has a divide for kitchen and main room which is nice too. Mgmt is efficient, the building is from the 60s but looks more modern-ish on the inside. The location is great though you'll have to deal with a lot of city noises (sirens, traffic, ppl talking and screaming on the streets, etc). Gym is mediocre, but if you're just looking to get some running or light weights, it should be sufficient. Laundry is shared, so unfortunately no in-apt washer-drier. Not having to deal with utilities is a plus too and have 3 metro stations within a 10min walk.
Overall would recommend if you can afford it.

Great apartment
Overall, i couldn’t have been luckier to find this apartment. The rent is amazing for all that I get. However, the price was due to the pandemic. My same apartment, which is a 525 square feet studio, now goes for about $1849. They do have smaller options, but none are available at the moment for me to note the price difference. Located on Massachusetts ave and right near 14th street, you’ll find anything and everything you could need! Overall pretty quiet building, which is perfect for us medical students :)
