Great building downtown

Have lived here for three years and extremely happy with my time. Lots of new construction in the neighborhood now which means rent is going way up, lots of noise (jackhammering at all hours of day) and horrible parking situation. Once these buildings are finished, will be delightful again

Wonderful location downtown, high ceilings, clean, brand new feeling, responsive staff, valet trash, easy parking garage, smart locks and smart thermostat, love the gyms and pool, good study space to have friends over for group projects. Tons of construction noise, though that may be over by May 2022. Pricey! Try to take over someone else’s lease for a good deal!

Really nice and big apartments. Neighborhood is changing so more stuff is coming to the area. Close to running trail and DT Durham. Right off highway.

I love it here at BullHouse - friendly and helpful management, very close proximity to downtown, newish apartment and the amenities are all very solid. The only real issue that I have is that there is construction on either side of the building, which just makes driving a bit annoying. However, that is expected to be done by 2022 sometime, and I think I would bump it up higher once it's completed. I believe one of the buildings will include shops and restaurants, so that will be an added plus as well.

I absolutely love BullHouse! Amenities can't be beat and the staff is so kind. Lots of young, fun people living in the building and tons of activities to get you out of the unit and socializing! Walkable to amazing locations downtown like Ponysaurus, the American Tobacco District, Bull City Ciderworks, and WineFeed. A great building for those wanting to live in a bustling area of downtown! Pet friendly, great common areas for studying and hanging out, and easy access to the highway (5-6 minute drive to Duke Hospital during rush hour). Can't say enough good things!!
