Quiet Community - Close to Campus
I have enjoyed living at the Morgan. The community is quiet and lots of graduate students reside there. The gym is big, the pool is great, and the location is hard to beat. There have been some truck break-ins which have frustrated the community.

Nice Apartments w/ Large Student Populaton
This is a good location that is about 10-12 minutes from the business school. Lots of students and full-time nurses live here. There is typically something going on at the pool during the summer.
The only drawback is the lack of security and security cameras. Crime is getting worse and there have been break-ins recently despite being in a nicer area.

Ok
The Morgan is a good building but it's old and a decently far drive from campus, about 25-30 minutes from door to door.
The pool is nice but other than that I've seen other MBAs at apartments that are not too much more expensive with much nicer facilities.
There are very few food options near by and nothing is walking distance.

Easy access to UNC with great amenities
The Morgan is a great spot to live while attending UNC. It has an excellent gym, pool, and door trash service. My only complaint is that we have a neighbor who is somewhat loud, but the management company has offered solutions. Overall, a great spot to live.

Solid spot
My experience has been solid for the most part. The gym is basic but very convenient. There have been a few incidents of car breaking, but I have never felt unsafe here.

The Morgan is a great place to live
Great location from business school, great amenities and great prices. Had some maintenance issues when I moved in and management was great at fixing the issues. It did require some follow up but if you talk with Asia she does a great job at fixing any concerns.

The Morgan Community
Though it may be farther from Franklin st there are bus services nearby for transportation and ample parking for guests. The staff is friendly and the area is well cared for. I would recommend for families with young(not school age) children or those that may need an attached garage.

Mid
It’s fine, for the most part. But $1600 is outrageous for how many issues i have here
