The Morgan Community
Though it may be farther from Franklin st there are bus services nearby for transportation and ample parking for guests. The staff is friendly and the area is well cared for. I would recommend for families with young(not school age) children or those that may need an attached garage.

The Morgan has been a great choice!
My husband and I have enjoyed living at The Morgan! The community is located in a great area (close to campus and restaurants/bars, but also tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Chapel Hill). Our apartment is spacious, and the complex includes several amenities. The management team is very friendly and responsive.

It’s fine, for the most part. But $1600 is outrageous for how many issues i have here

The Morgan at Chapel Hill
My wife and I decided to stay at The Morgan for a second year after a positive experience in our first. We have had some maintenance issues with our apartment this year, but all were handled relatively quickly with good communication from the team. The units are starting to show their age, so things seem to be breaking a bit more quickly. The pool and gym are both great amenities and the grounds in general are well maintained. There are tons of dogs in the complex and nice sidewalks around the complex for walking. One downside is that the ceilings are relatively thin, so you will hear your upstairs neighbor in all but 3rd floor apartments. Overall, a good place to live for the time we were in Chapel Hill.

Decent enough and a lot of other MBA students live here
Overall good, the main downside is that there is truly nothing around the complex that you can walk to

The Morgan Review
It is ok. Lots of grad students live there and very good gym/pool, but otherwise units are not as nice as other competing apartments in town.

Great for MBAs
I would highly recommend The Morgan to those entering the MBA program that are seeking out a community and the social aspect of the MBA experience.

The Morgan Review
Good gym and pool, and convenient that lots of classmates live there. But definitely not the nicest apartment units themselves.
