Stratford Review
This apartment is great for us law students. Beautiful fully renovated modern interiors, safe, and very close to the law school (approximately 8 minute walk). Washer and dryer is included, its quiet, and inexpensive. An absolute steal for the area and the nice interiors. I lived here all 3 years of law school. The only downside is that the landlords can be quite unresponsive sometimes, I think they are getting better with this, though.

Pros and Cons
Pros - Good value for price. Close to campus. Spacious apartment and nice upgrades. Gated parking lot is a big plus.
Cons - Old building not well insulated from cold weather. Apartment is near a lot of undergraduate housing so there are a lot of loud students outside at night.

Great Apartment
It is a very clean place with a lot of friendly people. It is only an 8 minute walk to the law school. The landlord is friendly and they fix problems within a reasonable amount of time. There is free parking in a gated lot. It is safe and has a code to the gated lot, a different code for the door into the building, and of course your key to the specific apartment.

The Stratford Apartments
The apartment themselves are very nice, hardwood floors, granite countertops, central AC. Every now and then there might be a maintenance problem, which does take a few weeks to resolve. The building is very secure and there is a gated parking lot which is free.

Terrible management
Pro: Close to UC and the Calhoun/McMillan food options. Parking included. Big Apartment. Own bathroom. Apartment looks nice.
Cons: Super expensive winter months electric bill (between $200 and $500 depending on weather) bc windows are extremely drafty. Management is terrible.
