Perfect for a UC Law Single Dweller

Very small. But perfect for one person. Very charming. Nice hardwood floors. Lots of windows and natural light. Nice sized bedroom. 3 minute walk from the law school. Walking distance to many convenient shops and restaurants. Small backyard included with the unit. I've loved living here. Allowed to have cats, but no dogs. There will be a $100 one-time pet fee for a cat.
