Do Not Recommend for Law Students
I would not recommend this apartment complex to a law student. The management was inflexible, the building itself is deteriorating without adequate maintenance, and the price was very high. The best thing about this apartment is the close proximity it is to the Law School and Kroger, but this location is not worth the hassle of living here.

Great apartment, terrible undergrads
The apartment is really nice, but it also houses a lot of undergrads so it can get really loud at times. The pandemic has certainly made it worse since they can't be at the bars past 10.

Overpriced for the quality
Very overpriced for the poor quality of management. Mostly college students live here so the noise is unbearable at times.

Good Spot
I stayed in my apartment for all three years of law school. It has a gym, lounge, and outdoor grills. The apartments are nice and fairly spacious. The price is high for Cincinnati but you get what you pay for and it is about a 10 minute walk to school, across from Kroger, and nearby some great Clifton bars.
The worst thing though is it is swamped with undergrad students so it does get annoyingly loud, there are broken things in common spaces, and overall hated everyone who lived around me. The walls were think though so I could not hear immediate neighbors.
