Great Location, Close to Campus
Mag & May is nice with clean floors and good room plans for the money. it is especially nice being 7 minutes from campus and Magnolia has heaps of restaurants.

Mag & May
Mag & May is located on Magnolia Ave which is home to a number of good restaurants/bars. It is also located in the hospital district and did not lose power or water during the winter storm of 2021. Decent amenities and parking is always available and free. Management is fairly responsive and the building is fairly secure with keypad access at each door and at the garage.

Would not recommend
Not the safest place I have lived. There is a lot of theft and the property does not have cameras.
Management is not very responsive.
The location is close to a lot of restaurants.

Great property, problems with management
I have loved living at Mag & May. The property is great - awesome amenities, clean and gorgeous living spaces, and quiet. The location is also a huge plus! However, I have run into some problems with upper level
management (day-to-day staff is great).

Very Impressed
Rented this apartment without ever viewing it. The leasing people here are great. They were very helpful with the move in and provide great events for the residents. The building is very secure and clean. My apartment is spacious and the closets and bathrooms are very large. It is very quiet and safe. Great location near so many restaurants on Magnolia.
