Current manager does their best, but building is poorly staffed under the new management company and on-site team and fellow residents do little to help keep the property clean and well maintained.

Well maintained, new building. Feels very secure and management is friendly and helpful. Their studios are very reasonably priced for the area but other floorplans get pricey. The building is great for pets, and the parking lot is connected to a park with a walking trail and pet bags. Floors are super thin. Never seen any bugs.

While I love it, there are lot of problems.

This is my first time ever living in an apartment. Management is very accommodating and maintenance is super quick. The amenities are nice and the apartments are very well kept. The only issuers deal with parking. The garage parking fills up pretty quick, the gates are often not working, and the towing company is super predatory. The location is right downtown and super close to highway entrances, so commuting is a breeze. Although it is a bit expensive to live here, I don’t regret choosing The Drake as my first apartment!

I love how easy management has made living here. I’ve never lived in an apartment before so everything was explained to me very well and very transparently. The only complaint is that there have been issues with the parking gate and elevators but the walk up the stairs is not terrible. Maintenance is so quick and nice. While it is a bit expensive, I do not regret this decision at all.

This community is very quiet and has a great business/study center with wifi. The appliances are nice and new. Management is great and so is Maitenance.

While I had an issue with the air conditioning over the summer, any issue was addressed with immediacy.

I love living at Alexan Summit! My commute to the law school is about 5-7 minutes. The amenities are great and there are a decent amount of law students living in the apartment complex, so the community is a big plus.

Love my apartment, it is about 5 minutes from campus and right on the highway. Has a park right across the street which has been incredible, especially for pet owners. Management is very responsive. Smart home, the fridge has water spout. And I love that you park on your floor.

The amenities are really great. They have a gym with everything you could need, a great pool, and super friendly staff. Super close to the school and right across the street from a park if you have a dog.

The best! The service is amazing, always responsive to any need. The apartment is all smart! Parking is great, you park on your floor.
