The Kelley
The apartment and the community is very nice. The pool and outdoor lounge areas are great. The wall in closets are very spacious. The people who work in the leasing office are friendly and helpful, but the maintenance team is pretty slow. The battery on our front door deadbolt dies periodically and we put in maintenance requests, but they usually don’t replace the batteries until I’m locked out of my apartment and have to go to the leasing office. They recently got bought by Greystar which is a $76 billion dollar real estate investment company that is being sued by the FTC for deceptively advertising low monthly rents only to later saddle tenants with hundreds of dollars of hidden fees. Which I agree with. The fees/my “rent” has gone up since the Greystar takeover. I am sure my rent is going to increase again when it is time to renew my lease. But that seems like the state of the housing market and economy right now.

Great apartment
The leasing office is really nice! They didn’t contact me very much before moving in, so I moved here from Washington just hoping everything was ready. I wasn’t informed I needed to set up my own electricity, but they helped me through it when I got here and it took 5 minutes. Overall the apartment is super nice and spacious. It has so much storage! Huge walk in closets. The amount of apartment I am getting for the price is impressive. The pool and gym are very nice. The property is gated so I feel safe. No packages have been stolen. Maintenance requests are handled fairly quickly. I would recommend!

Live here all 3 years of Law School
I love the Kelley! It's a little pricey but it's on a beautiful property, the staff are so nice, and whenever I've had a problem it's been fixed within a week.

Good Price for Location
While the managing company isn’t the best, overall it’s a great location with easy access to downtown. You can also get to most grocery stores within 10 minutes. The gym is okay, but a few machines have been broken for a few months. I think it’s worth the price, but by no means is it a perfect apartment complex.

Nice apartments but small gym
The Kelley has really nice apartments and offers a good price for what you get compared to other properties like Firestone and Mag and May. If it fits within your budget I’d recommend it. The only downside is the gym is very small, can feel crowded, and does not have a lot of free weights but if you time your sessions right it shouldn’t be an issue. The property is also only about 10 minutes away from school.

Best of Both Worlds
The Kelley is close enough to downtown that it doesn’t feel disconnected, but also far enough that you are constantly battered with weekend night life. Parking can be a little difficult, but I haven’t really had any issues. Not walkable to stores, but very quick drive (about 10 minutes) to whatever you need. If you are wanting to stay closer to West 7th, I wouldn’t advise this apartment complex. Closer to the Stockyards than it is to West 7th.

It is a pretty great apartment. Can be a little pricey but is super quiet which is nice. Less than a ten minutes drive to campus, and can avoid traffic even when I leave at busy times.

This property is great for law students. It’s less than a mile from the school and right by downtown. The best part about it is the property faces the trinity river, so most apartments have an amazing river view. The amenities are amazing, including the infinity pool and a great gym with peloton videos. The location is very quiet and the neighbors are very respectful. This location is superior to west 7th and south side because it is quiet for law students to have proper rest and relaxation. I used to live in a smaller apartment that was cheaper in South Side, but the walls were so thin I could not get a lot of sleep or studying done at home.
