A lot of space for a small price
Overall a good value for the price. Large units, although ours is outdated. Very thin walls. Plenty of parking. Lots of noise. There were a few issues with our apartment but maintenance is quick to fix them. I feel like they have an "emergency shutoff" of water for the entire complex at least twice a month. Have only seen like 3 bugs in our apartment in the 4.5 months we have been here. From what I understand, a lot of the issues we are experiencing are ones that people who rent in other complexes experience also.

Apartment at Bivens Cove
The residential complex is quiet and safe. The maintenance team is very supportive and acts quickly to resolve tenants' problems. The administration is very friendly.
The housing itself is a little old but well kept. Definitely a bargain for a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment.

Perfect First Apt. Experience
The front office is super helpful, and the maintenance team is always on top of repairs. Dog-friendly complex and tons of young families. Well lit and quiet at night. Only complaint are other neighbors who’ll leave their trash around. I’ve had to pull so many chicken bones away from my dog.

Awesome Management, Amazing Maintenance Crew
Such a good first-apartment experience! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The property manager stays on top of the maintenance crew for jobs. Maintenance will come out typically within the next day or even the day you submit your work order. They completely rebuilt a wooden staircase in a day! There's a three day grace period for rent. Super pet-friendly! (At the time of this review, there isn't a weight or breed restriction). The apartments are clean and good. Nothing new or flashy, but they always put in fresh carpet for every new lease, and for living in Florida, I only see a roach about once a week, so really not too bad. I live closest to the road, and besides a loud car engine or a siren, I don't hear traffic. I only dock the complex a point because some of the neighbors will leave trash and litter just everywhere, and as a dog owner, I have to really look out for littered food. Also my electric bill is, I think, on the high side. I have three exterior walls, so it's hard to maintain a temp inside, but super sunny!
