The Bowery at Southside

I love living close to campus, various restaurants, and the different parts of Fort Worth. The amenities are great too (pool and gym!), and my apartment feels very spacious and gets great light (hello sunrise!). The primary downside of this location would be the proximity to the train tracks, as sometimes the sound can be obnoxious. Living over a garage isn't great either, but these are things that many complexes have downtown.

You get what you pay for. The Bowery is expensive, but I've had not a single issue since moving in last March. Anytime there has been a maintenance issue, I've used their online portal and it's been resolved the same or next day.

I have had a great experience, the parking situation can be a bit frustrating as the lot is far away from many of the units and the street parking is hard to get, but overall a great place to live. The maintenance is quick and effective, they regularly do preventative work and all the appliances work as intended.

I really love the apartment. Very safe and has very nice amenities (pool, gym, dog park). Only downside is a bit of construction and just because of proximity to downtown, on my walks there are some homeless.

Property is nice

It's in a good location and the community is quiet. It is near train tracks though, so the noise takes some adjusting to at night. I don't notice it anymore.

So far everything has gone well living at The Bowery. Anytime I have issues they address them within a few hours and always make sure my apartment is working properly. Other residents are friendly and mostly quiet in the evenings (great for studying!). The gym is super nice and never busy so if you’re a fitness lover like me, this place is the perfect fit. I would definitely recommend The Bowery to any young person, especially people still in school!!
