This place is really great location-wise. It is within 15 minutes of the school and has lots of shops/restaurants around. The building is good itself, but there are some fixes that need to be made and maintenance takes time to come if it is not an emergency.

Very close to school and easy drive. Lots to do in the area and easy to uber to Philly for a night out! Only downside is maintenance is really unresponsive and it takes a long time to get things fixed

The cost of rent and the location of the apartment are its selling points. Management and maintenance can be unreliable and unresponsive at times, which can be very frustrating.

Nice Place to Live

It’s a very nice property if it was adequately maintained and didn’t have annoying tenants. A lot of tenants leave trash EVERYWHERE, spill drinks all over lobby and hallways, park in the fire lane for days, throw parties in the lobby, smoke blunts in the stairwells, break things that then go unrepaired forever… I could go on. And the office will rarely do much about it. Other than that it’d be a very nice place to live. The unit itself is nice (renovated with new appliances) although I wish it had a real washer and dryer in the unit. It’s a 2 in one machine with no exhaust so to “dry” clothes it just spins them around at extreme heat for hours, ruins all the elastic over time, and makes the apartment hot and steamy and not in a good way.

I enjoy living at the CHT. I've lived here all 3 years of med school so far and will probably stay for 4th year. The maintenance is great, but the building can get somewhat dirty in the lobby, especially on weekends. There was an issue with packages getting stolen, but they made a package room where all the different delivery services are supposed to put our packages and that has helped! We have a tennis court, outdoor pool, gym (pretty small), and free parking. There are also 2 big gyms very close by. Everything you need-shopping, groceries, restaurants-are within 10 minutes. It is about 20 minutes from school door to door with parking.

Cherry Hill Towers Review

Apartment complex is nice. Rooms are nice and space is there. Its about 10 - 15 minutes from CMSRU/CUH. It is a gated community so its safe. They have a pool and a bunch of amenities. Overall nice experience. Gym in the basement for quick workouts.

CHT boasts of spacious airy apartments with modern amenities.But that's all it is. Spacious apartments!! One of the major drawbacks is the way pet owners ignore signs and let their furry companions run loose, even though they should be in a leash. Secondly, beautifully landscaped gardens, seriously?? one look at the lawns and no one would step into it again. Elevators, broken half the time. Location and the floor plans are the only saving grace for this resident complex. The management should seriously think of taking actions against ignorant pet owners allowing their pets to poop and pee everywhere, including elevators.

Great apartment location and amenities. However the management company could definitely do more in terms of addressing resident concerns. For example both the elevators have not been working together at one time for about a year now and they are also inefficient in dealing with boisterous residents.
