Nice Place to Live

It’s a very nice property if it was adequately maintained and didn’t have annoying tenants. A lot of tenants leave trash EVERYWHERE, spill drinks all over lobby and hallways, park in the fire lane for days, throw parties in the lobby, smoke blunts in the stairwells, break things that then go unrepaired forever… I could go on. And the office will rarely do much about it. Other than that it’d be a very nice place to live. The unit itself is nice (renovated with new appliances) although I wish it had a real washer and dryer in the unit. It’s a 2 in one machine with no exhaust so to “dry” clothes it just spins them around at extreme heat for hours, ruins all the elastic over time, and makes the apartment hot and steamy and not in a good way.

I enjoy living at the CHT. I've lived here all 3 years of med school so far and will probably stay for 4th year. The maintenance is great, but the building can get somewhat dirty in the lobby, especially on weekends. There was an issue with packages getting stolen, but they made a package room where all the different delivery services are supposed to put our packages and that has helped! We have a tennis court, outdoor pool, gym (pretty small), and free parking. There are also 2 big gyms very close by. Everything you need-shopping, groceries, restaurants-are within 10 minutes. It is about 20 minutes from school door to door with parking.

Cherry Hill Towers Review

Apartment complex is nice. Rooms are nice and space is there. Its about 10 - 15 minutes from CMSRU/CUH. It is a gated community so its safe. They have a pool and a bunch of amenities. Overall nice experience. Gym in the basement for quick workouts.

CHT boasts of spacious airy apartments with modern amenities.But that's all it is. Spacious apartments!! One of the major drawbacks is the way pet owners ignore signs and let their furry companions run loose, even though they should be in a leash. Secondly, beautifully landscaped gardens, seriously?? one look at the lawns and no one would step into it again. Elevators, broken half the time. Location and the floor plans are the only saving grace for this resident complex. The management should seriously think of taking actions against ignorant pet owners allowing their pets to poop and pee everywhere, including elevators.

Great apartment location and amenities. However the management company could definitely do more in terms of addressing resident concerns. For example both the elevators have not been working together at one time for about a year now and they are also inefficient in dealing with boisterous residents.

My apartment is spacious and comfortable. There is an in unit washer/dry that is small but I use it pretty often. The building is very well maintained, clean, and well lit. There is ample free parking available in the lot, an in apartment gym, many restaurants close by, and the Cherry Hill Mall right across the street. Maintenance requests are prompt and I would absolutely recommend living her. Downsides are the toilet is not as strong, so use of a plunger is common, and the elevators are a little finicky but nothing serious.

Worst part about this apartment was that we had 1 elevator working for almost a whole year and when it would get fixed it would break again within a week. I would recommend choosing another building or living in Philly instead. Everyday I regretted not living in Philly.

Very convenient access to Cooper, quite a few people live here from Cooper and you get a 3% discount on rent for working there.
Clean, lots of Apts, easy access to cherry Hill mall (across the street - can walk to it), Wegmans shopping center (will need a car) and the usual mall fare in jersey.

Door to door to Cooper: 25 minutes (again, will need a car). Patco (w free parking when not rush hour) is 10 mins away by car.

Coming from Philadelphia, more cost effective, more space, more everything! Just make sure you have a car (hey it's jersey, what did you expect?)
