Amazing

It’s a condo so there are not many units for rent but it is great. Amazing location, concierge, and great gyms/pools.

Great building but expect more for what I’m paying

Pros: location, large units, in unit laundry, concrete construction/extremely sound proof between units (I lived next to one of the few younger people in the building and she has loud parties but I only hear it when I’m in the hallway), well maintained common areas, friendly front desk staff, two gyms, two pools

Cons: lots of street and construction noise, no on site maintenance for residents, all the default lights have very unique and specific bulbs that you literally have to pay a professional to find and replace for you, HVAC system is for an industrial building and is extremely loud, parking structure gate is often broken and has frequent break ins

Icon review

The building comes with a bit of drama for pet owners but it’s otherwise the best place ever. Amazing staff and friendly neighbors. Also very quiet building.
