Awesome community for married people or couples with dogs.

Rittenhouse Hills
Expensive place to live compared to the surrounding neighborhoods. Especially with the small room sizes. A bit flashy in appearance, but would rather have more space and pay less. I like the close proximity to Lincoln Drive for commuting, and the gated community. However, parking can be a nightmare at times and annoying as well when they don't do anything about illegal parking (i.e. parking on sidewalks, in the middle of the road, etc...) Overall, place is so-so, will be moving once lease is up.

Great Place to Live
I was a bit skeptical about apartment building living, but it has been great here. The building is very dog friendly, which was a major draw for me. There is a dog park on premises and a doggie day care in the basement. My unit is a good size, big windows and a lot of natural light with a nice view. Also, the pool, hot tub and basketball courts are awesome. The surrounding neighborhood isn't great, but it is right on the edge of the Wissahickon, which is great.

A quiet safe haven with beautiful views
What struck the most about this apartment was the loads of natural sunlight that comes through and the views. It overlooks the expansive Wisshickon Park. Overall very well maintained. Good construction, can almost never hear neighbors (up or sides). Love the pool area. Like the safety and 24hr concierge. The people are friendly.
I have no complaints so far. My only possible grouse is that the apartments are right at edge of to the not so safe, infamous Germantown neighborhood. So if you are walking around the neighborhood just need to be careful of a few streets.
So far our interactions with the management have also been pleasant and professional.

Nice apartment, with lots of amenities
Rittenhouse Hill apartments are pretty nice. Lots of amenities: gym, dog park, infinity pool, basketball court, hot tub, barbeque area. There's a lounge with free wifi, pool (billiards), and TV. Its very pet friendly, you see a lot of people walking their dogs around the facility. Its like a gated apartment, so they have an attendant that watches the car entrance, so its pretty secure. The train is like a 7 minute walk, which has been convenient for me because I take it when I need to go to the airport. Sometimes its hard to find a parking spot in the outside parking lot at night because it gets crowded, but you can avoid that by getting a reserved garage spot instead.

Rittenhouse hill post bro complex
The amenities are great and I feel very safe living here. They are slow to fix any maintenance issues, you have to hound them over and over to do so. People in the complex with dogs can be very inconsiderate. I have a dog as well and have noticed on multiple occasions that other people do not pick up poop after their dog goes. In general though for the price I feel like I got a great deal at rittenhouse.
